Frequently Asked Questions

YES! You can search availability online across all properties for specific dates by searching on the home page, or through the destination accommodation pages.

Due to the amount of work that is required to prepare our properties, early check ins are usually not available and we recommend you book your arrangements around it.

  • On Hamilton Island your valet will take you to your property and store your luggage and give you access to the buggy while you wait for check in.
  • In Palm Cove if you advise us of your flight times and the property is ready early we will call to advise.
  • For all other properties an early check in cannot be granted and luggage storage is not possible.

Really nice house up on the hill at Hamilton Island. The house was clean and they provided a buggy. If you are travelling with a party bigger than four, however, note that you will have to hire another buggy and they are pricey. Walking to where the restaurants are is 30 min in theory, but up and down a lot of hills. The terrace is lovely and big, and the rooms spacious. The kitchen is well stocked so cooking at home worked well. They provide pick up and drop off from the accommodation with all the bags, so that is super helpful.

Polite, professional and friendly service… so informative, thorough and helpful in all aspects from codes to open home to prompt assistance on one small issue without delay. My family of four all agreed we would not hesitate to recommend this home chosen to family and friends asap. Palm Cove is all you need. I was sad to leave is an understatement.

We really loved our stay here and we will definitely have this house in mind when we return to Hamilton Island in the future. The house is very spacious and with a very beautiful view. The pictures are very true to what the house is like. Since we didn’t heard from our vallet service the day we were checking out (as informed) Luxury Holidays were replying very fast when we were reaching out and we got it all arranged. All in all a lovely stay!
