Enjoyed our stay, great space. Very organised with their valet transport to and from the airport made everything very easy. Incredible view would stay again.

Amazing views, perfectly staged, beautiful throughout and exceptionally clean. Set back enough to provide peace and quiet however still just a tiny stroll to all the cafes, restaurants and stores. First choice on our return hands down.

Waves 2 had an amazing view, close to everything and with a buggy it was easy. Fantastic stay will come back again for a family vacation.

Poinciana 101 is a great option for a family or group of friends. All rooms have decent beds and there is heaps of space. The best-equipped kitchen in an Airbnb or rental apartment we have ever seen. Very walkable to marina village or the resort centre and beach; the buggy is great, but you don't really need it for most things. some noise from neighbours and road on the evenings, but nothing too serious. Listing is accurate and complete. Check in process was easy and the valet service was a wonderfully friendly. A wonderful option if you're staying on Hilton Island, would happily stay again.

From the moment we arrived we felt in awe of the beauty of this space. Everything is well thought out from the wooden carved doors, small hidden spaces (small garden and outdoor shower), the good quality soap, to the amazing kitchen with the incredible views. The whole house was pristine! There are easy to use screens that are so fine the don't even look like they are there. The courtyard of the house looks like a small street and every bedroom had the ability to be private and quiet with comfortable beds. We had so much fun exploring this house and finding unique gems (don't miss the history of the canoe by the pool, the swinging bed, the cool shutters on the upstairs bedroom next to the stairs, and the cool kitchen cabinets). We took one day of our vacation to stay and enjoy this beautiful space. The outside is gorgeous and the walk down the beach offers wonderful views. We can't say enough good things about this house and it is by far one of our favorite homes we have ever rented.

Well resourced home in a beautifully appointed location. Lots of extra toys etc for kids to enjoy in tv lounge / pool. Fantastic location.

Perfect holiday house. Pick up from airport was seamless and great communication throughout our stay. It was brilliant having the opportunity to leave our luggage at house and use the buggy and meet staff at airport with buggy to exchange bags and keys when our flight was due to check in. Thank-you so much for a wonderful vacation.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐The apartment is great with everything we needed. The whole place is clean and the breeze coming from the ocean is so refreshing that you can just turn off the air conditioner, open the windows, and breathe fresh air while you relax and enjoy the comforts that the apartment has to offer.
